Summer Completion Camp
OLA is hosting Summer Completion Camp for High School students from June 21st -July 1. This is an opportunity for you to finish incomplete coursework in Math, Science, English Language Arts, Social Studies, and Spanish. As well as in Social Issues, Music Appreciation and Mythology & Folklore.
Mr. Blechman, Mrs. Daily Wall, Mr. Stoudt and Ms. Smith will be working live with you each day from 9-12 in Buzz and on Zoom.Please let our summer team know you are interested in participating by filling out our student interest form (link). 8:00- 8:45am: On your own
Set goals. Get ready for classes. Do electronic check-ins. Make sure the work from the day before is complete.
9:00am- 12:15pm: AM Block with your teachers
Attend online classes (required). M-T-TH-F (Wednesday is by invitation)
Grades K-5 students: work with your teachers in live sessions.
Grades 6-12 students: work at your own pace in online work sessions with your teachers.
1:00- 3:15pm: PM Block by invitation or by request
M-T-TH-F (Wednesday PM is independent work.)
Individual work, small group and office hours with classrrom, intervention, and support teachers.
Teachers will invite students for small group work or individual support.
Students can also request individual office hours with teachers.
Teachers will post weekly office hours on students' courses every Monday. Some office hours may be available after 3:15pm.
