Ariston Vallejos 

Ariston was born and raised in Klamath Falls, Oregon and attended University of Oregon to study music and general sciences. After college, Ariston worked in higher education at both the University of Oregon, and then later at Reed College after moving to Portland. Through many years of working with students of different ages, Ariston has gained much experience connecting with youth and enjoys currently putting this experience to use as both a Virtual Scholars Mentor and as a business owner of a local game store. Ariston's favorite thing about working with high school students is being able to interact with a big, vibrant, and diverse community, as well as being able to support new generations of youth as they transition into adulthood. When not working, Ariston loves to travel internationally, perform music, promote decolonization, and compete in TCG tournaments.
