Jordan Martinez

Born and raised in Woodlake, California, it's a small town in the foothills of Sequoia National Park. I've recently graduated from Portland State University with my degree in History with a focus on Cultural Studies in Colonial periods in Latin America and Japan, also Minor in Communication and Chicano/Latino Studies. I'm currently in the Graduate Teaching Secondary Program at Portland State with an endorsement in Social Studies, in my first year (yay). I love the community that forms in each period in the VS Hub. It's different and unique in their own way. The students build relationships with others that wouldn't be possible without VS Hub.
